Promotional games infrastructure · Korea
Launch branded promo games without a developer.
A self-service studio where your marketing team customises a game template, previews it live, and publishes it — with Korean compliance built into the engine.
Pre-launch. We are selecting three pilot partners.
Gamified marketing is priced for conglomerates.
Mid-sized Korean brands are left out of a channel that works, for three reasons.
01
Custom build, every time
Each campaign is quoted as bespoke development. Nothing carries over to the next one, so the same work is paid for again.
02
Too slow for the calendar
Development and review cycles run longer than the promotion window. Seasonal moments pass before a game ships.
03
Regulatory exposure
A random-reward game in Korea is a regulated object: odds disclosure, player data protection, rules on Kakao and SMS distribution. Agency one-offs rarely cover it, and the advertiser carries the risk.
One template
One game, three brands.
The same template, re-skinned by three fictional brands. Colours, wordmark, copy and rules are set in the studio — no rebuild between them.

STUDIO / IDENTITY
Brands shown are illustrative. Every value above is a field in the studio, editable by a marketing team and previewed before publishing.
How it works
STEP 1
Upload your brand assets
Logo, images, fonts, colour values. The template adopts them directly.
STEP 2
Configure and preview
Set copy, rules, rewards and win rates. The live preview is what players will get.
STEP 3
Publish and share
One link, distributed on your own channels. Run several campaigns in parallel.
What sets us apart
Deep customisation, no developer
Not a colour swap. Assets, copy, mechanics and rules are all editable by the marketing team, with no recompilation and no engineering ticket.
Verifiable draws
Rewards are decided server-side, and every campaign produces proof after the fact that the published odds were respected — checkable by you or by a third party.
Korean compliance, native
Odds disclosure in-game, player data hosted in Korea, Kakao and SMS distribution rules applied by default. Part of the engine, not an annex.
Where each option lands
Agencies and platform modules both solve real problems. They were not built for repeatable, auditable campaigns.
| Agencies | E-commerce platform modules | Sudal Labs | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Deep customisation | Yes | Limited to the module's options | Yes |
| No developer on your side | Handled by the agency, per brief | Yes | Yes |
| Reusable across campaigns | Rebuilt each time | Yes, within the module | Yes |
| Independent of the host platform | Yes | Tied to the platform | Yes |
| Auditable draw and built-in compliance | Case by case | Not part of the module | Yes, by default |

Investors & partners
Request the deck
Promotional games are a recurring line in Korean marketing budgets, and today they are bought as one-off custom builds.
Sudal Labs turns that spend into repeatable software, with the regulatory layer the market has to comply with anyway.
We are pre-launch and selecting pilot partners. The deck covers positioning, roadmap and the founder's shipped work.
Technical demo under NDA.

We will send the deck and propose a call.
